Same Day Service will begin the same day we receive your legal documents. We must receive the legal documents prior to 12:00 PM to assure our servers will be able to fulfill the same day attempt. To maximize our chances of being successful with serving your legal documents we will make at least three attempts to serve the opposing side. These attempts are normally made at different times of the day but may not be on different days. You will receive one proof of service or one cover sheet and one declaration of due diligence.
